How Our Process Works

Share all of your event details with me so we can plan out a grand garland for your event.

We’ll hop on the phone to chat more about colors, add-ons, expectations, etc. After the call, you’ll receive a customized quote from me for your day.

Once you agree on your quote, your invoice/contract is sent with a requirement of 20% down to secure booking. The remaining balance is due on the date of your event.

You’ll receive an email 1 day before I install your garland with a friendly reminder of when I’ll be arriving for setup.

When I arrive, I’ll send you a text letting you know I’m there. It takes on average 1-2 hours for an install, and up to 5 hours for complex installs. Then your balloons are event-ready!

Sometimes to reach the exact shade that your design requires, it requires the double stuffed technique, where i put one balloon inside the other to create a custom color. This technique requires twice amount of balloons and time to create but it guarantees a luxury look, and color match of theme.

Llamazing Events is based in Holland, MI and services surrounding areas like, Zeeland, Hudsonville, Grand Rapids, South Haven and Grand Haven.

Yes! Llamazing Events has an order minimum of $400 for delivery and installation orders. Anything less can be made fully constructed and available for pickup (see Grab & Go’s options )

Our custom balloon décor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length, volume, and delivery & installation costs. All of our garlands are priced per foot so having measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go will help give you a general idea of cost.

We calculate delivery & installation fees on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from the zipcode 49424 to your event location.

Our installation fee is 30% of your order subtotal.

Llamazing Events uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything WE POP IN TRANSPORTATION OR DURING SET UP.
That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 1 week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
